General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a valid and binding contract between qb838 ("Platform", "we", "us") and you as the user ("User", "you"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided by qb838, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

Deposits and Withdrawals

For withdrawals, the minimum permitted amount is RM50. Withdrawal processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used during deposit, unless stated otherwise.

• All wagering requirements for any bonus received must be fully met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

qb838 offers various bonuses to players, including a 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. All bonuses are subject to the set wagering requirements.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM150, the total wagering required is RM150 × 20 = RM3,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. As another example, a deposit of RM800 yields a bonus of RM500 (the maximum cap), giving a total balance of RM1,300 with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.

General bonus rules:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the specific terms of the relevant promotion.
• qb838 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are signs of misuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.

The qb838 VIP programme consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze tier players are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2%. Progression to a higher tier depends on the player's betting activity level.

Betting and Game Rules

All games offered on the qb838 platform use a verified random number generator (RNG) or are streamed live with real dealers in the live casino. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

Sports bets are processed based on the odds available at the time the bet is placed. Any odds change after a bet is confirmed will not affect the value of the bet already set. qb838 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error.

Prohibited actions in games:

User Responsibilities

qb838 does not recognise any claim submitted more than 90 days after the date of the incident giving rise to the dispute, unless there are valid grounds for the delay.
